Harbor Six is a family owned real estate management and investment company. We've owned single family and multi family residential properties in South Carolina, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, New Jersey, and Tennessee. Today we are primarily limited or general partners in larger multi family properties, and focusing our efforts on our Hilton Head Island Home Watch clients.

 

We're Mike and Wendy Szczechowski and we first purchased a vacation home on Hilton Head Island in 2010, and in 2022 made Hilton Head our permanent home.  We've been married for 33 years and proud parents of four children, now ages 25 - 29.  Our daughter, Emily, works with us part time.  She's a graduate of the University of Colorado majoring in Environmental Science, and a member of the facility maintenance team at Century Park Associates.

Wendy, originally from Richmond Heights, Ohio, is a graduate of the University of Toledo with an MBA from Georgia Southern University.  A stay at home mom  for many years, she's a teacher, accountant, and active volunteer at St. Francis of the Sea Catholic Church.  Mike is from Wyandotte, Michigan and holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Georgia Southern University.  Mike is an active instrument rated private pilot.  He's also a licensed home inspector in South Carolina (Lic. RBI 50075).
