Arriving for your time away only to find your home not cleaned from the last renters, hot water or air conditioning not working, or a smoke detector "chirping" because it needs a new battery (and you don't have one) is frustrating. What Do We Do?
Our core service is home watch, a periodic visual inspection of your property and reporting of any issues identified. We can also fully manage every aspect of your property, or provide any range of services in between, including, but not limited to:

Home Watch - Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly inspections and reporting of any issues.

Home Management - We'll care for every aspect of your home on a program tailored to your needs.

Pre storm preparation and post storm evaluation and recovery.

Auto Watch - Visual check and run idle outside of garage avoiding dead batteries and flat spotted tires. Take care for service as needed, including wash.

Coordination of contractors - Lawn care, cleaning, heating and cooling, pool care, servicing and remodeling, pest control.

What we don't do - we are not a vacation rental company. There are several quality vacation rental companies on Hilton Head we're happy to recommend, in fact, we partner with a few. While they're great at providing you a stream of rental income, their strength is short term rentals. Our strength, and sole focus, is on you, the home owner.

Auto Watch per Inspection: $10
Most Other Services: $20 + 12% Administrative Fee on Purchased Items
