Buying a home may be the biggest investment you will make, and choosing the right inspector can ba a challenging task.  Remember that the purpose of an inspection is to inform and educate you about the condition of the house before you make a financial commitment that could be life-changing.

A residential home inspection is an in-depth observation of all aspects of the building, improvements, mechanical systems, and appliances.  The non-invasive walk through of the property includes the following areas:

  • Structural system

  • Exterior

  • Roof system

  • Plumbing system

  • Electrical system

  • Heating system

  • Air conditioning system

  • Interior

  • Insulation & ventilation

  • Foundation

Within 24 hours of the inspection, you'll receive a detailed report allowing you to make an informed buying decision.  And for those items requiring attention, we're available for reinspection ensuring the work was completed to professional standards.

Fees:  Condos and villas start at $375, and homes start at $575.  A firm quote will be provided specific to your property.
